Grilled Orange Chicken


  • 2 1/2 pounds chicken parts
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup tomato paste
  • 1 orange zest
  • 1/2 cup orange juice


In medium bowl, mix together all ingredients (except chicken parts) until smooth.

Place chicken on heated grill, skin side down, for 15 minutes. Turn chicken and grill additional 10 minutes.

Brush chicken with sauce and turn occasionally. Cook another 15 minutes.

Serves 4.
