Ratatouille

1 eggplant, cut into cubes
2 tomatoes, chopped
2 zucchini, sliced
1 green pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
3 cloves minced garlic
1 teaspoon basil leaves
1 teaspoon oregano
1 can tomato paste

In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well. Pour into slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
