Fried Seafood

1 pound fresh shrimp
1 pound fresh scallops
1 pound flounder fillets
  oil for frying
3 eggs
6 tablespoons water
3 cups Italian flavored bread crumbs
  salt and pepper to taste

Heat 1 inch oil over medium heat.

In bowl, combine eggs and water and beat well.

Coat each fish with bread crumbs, and then dip in egg mixture. Coat again with bread crumbs.

Fry in hot oil 4 to 6 minutes or until golden brown.

Drain on paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.

Serves 4-6.
